Java Software Developer

Mandatory Qualifications: This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response. 6 years' experience with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software. 6 years' experience with Java framework and technology: Spring Boot, Java EE (servlet, JPA ... etc.). 6 years' experience with relational database platforms and technology (e.g. Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL) Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 6 years' experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Single Page Web Applications, preferably using Angular and Typescript. 6 years' experience with SPA fundamental concepts such as component-based architecture, dynamic rendering, asynchronous programming, and PrimeNG UI Framework. 6 years' experience in REST API design and implementation with strong knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization. 1 year of experience with survey management tools or headless Content Management System (CMS) tools, such as Form.io, with expertise in leveraging its API-first approach, content modeling, and headless architecture to manage and deliver content across various channels and devices. 6 years' experience with Git version control operations and branching strategies, and familiar with CICD pipeline and technology for automation.
