Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator & Licensing Specialist to support the administration and contract lifecycle for our In-Home Services department. In this role, you will manage the execution of partnership contracts while acting as a liaison for city and state licensing requirements. You will act as a bridge between the business and our Legal team, ensuring that our operations remain compliant. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity and legal standing for our high-volume In-Home Services operations nationwide.Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify contracts approaching renewal, extension, or termination. Initiate the necessary processes well in advance to prevent lapses in coverage or compliance Maintain and update the contract management system with accurate information, including key dates, terms, and conditions; ensure the team has a central, organized repository of processes and files Oversee the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) process from issuance to execution Administer the contract lifecycle, including delivery, tracking, and closeout Review contracts for compliance, resolve discrepancies in line with company guidelines, and ensure terms match organizational goals Maintain and update the contract management system; this role does not administer legal advice Manage the application, maintenance, and renewal of company licenses, across various municipalities and states Work cross-functionally with the Legal team to interpret requirements for city/state licensing and ensure the business is audit-ready Monitor compliance standards and disseminate updates to key stakeholders to ensure field teams are operating within legal frameworks Serve as a resource for internal stakeholders regarding current contract status, licensing status, and questions Generate comprehensive reports on contract status, upcoming license renewals, and other key metrics for executive leadership Develop and refine best practices for contract and license management to ensure a smooth, streamlined, and efficient workflow Assist with vendor processes and manage special contract-related projects to support team efficiency Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration, compliance management, or a similar role Skills and Qualifications: Experience with contract management tools (experience with ContractPodAI is a plus) High proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewal dates, applications, and initiatives simultaneously Superior reading, writing, and negotiation skills; ability to translate complex contract/licensing details into clear instructions for business partners A self-starter with the ability to work productively independently and as part of a collaborative team Note: While this is not a Paralegal role, prior experience as a paralegal or in a legal support setting is highly valued Visa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .The base pay range shown is a guideline.
