Manages the CMMS Maintenance Management system to efficiently prioritize work orders submitted by hospital staff.Manages the CMMS Maintenance Management system to efficiently prioritize work orders submitted by hospital staff. Manages record keeping requirements for external inspections by Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Orders parts for maintenance technicians to ensure timely repairs and maintenance. Develops work order tasks and establishes the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule in collaboration with the Plant Operations Manager. Maintains proficiency in operator functions with several alarm notification systems. Operates the building automation system effectively. Attains all agreed-upon goals and objectives within specified time frames as part of the organization's overall mission. Attends all required safety training programs and understands responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, and specific job-related hazards. Follows the Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens responsibly. Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional and courteous hospital environment. Promotes effective working relations and collaborates as part of a department/unit team to meet goals and objectives.
