Apply now!Location:850 76th Street S.W. - Byron Center, Michigan 49315Position SummaryThe Shelf Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring pricing validation, scanning, and signing execution across all of our retail locations. This role provides enterprise-level training, auditing, and operational support to uphold shelf integrity standards, regulatory compliance, and a consistent customer experience. The Specialist partners cross-functionally with Store Operations, IT, Marketing, Accounting, and Reset teams to test, implement, and sustain operational directives that improve accuracy, efficiency, and execution at scale.The Shelf Integrity Specialist plays a critical role in protecting pricing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer trust-ensuring consistent execution across 200+ locations while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement enterprise-wideHere's what you'll do: Serve as subject matter expert on shelf integrity audit standards.Support store leadership and store teams in understanding, executing, and validating pricing and signage compliance practices. Provide clarity on expectations and guide corrective follow-up to ensure alignment with corporate standards. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to store associates and leaders on shelf integrity-related processes, including scanning, pricing, Ad sets/execution. Lead and support scanning certification efforts by training and validating scanning and station associates to enterprise standards. Partner with Information Technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies that support shelf integrity and pricing accuracy at scale. Provide operational support to stores, stations, and reset crews for new store openings, remodels, and resets, including layout planning and execution readiness. Collaborate with Marketing to test, implement, and monitor promotional signage and signing programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent customer-facing execution across all locations. Partner with DSD vendors and store leadership during product resets and merchandising changes to ensure alignment between product placement, shelf tags, and promotional signage. Identify execution gaps and recommend process improvements that strengthen shelf integrity outcomes. Work closely with cross-functional partners to support accurate singing vendor payments, credits, and inventory records tied to shelf integrity and scanning processes. Stay current on retail industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices related to shelf integrity, pricing accuracy, and scanning systems; proactively recommend enhancements to existing programs and processes. Perform additional duties and support enterprise initiatives as business needs evolve. Here's what you'll need: Associate's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of two years of experience in retail operations or a related field, with demonstrated exposure to scanning, pricing or store operations. Prior experience in training, coaching, or a lead role preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and train teams across multiple locations. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills; proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support associates in delivering accurate execution and high-quality customer experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Ability to travel up to 50% to support stores across the organization.
