In this technical role, you will be part of a silicon design group responsible for system integration, design of radio calibration algorithms, chip bringup, and characterization of state-of-the-art wireless SoC products from conception to production. /n/nWe are looking for an exceptional engineer with experience in designing novel calibration algorithms for wireless systems. BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience./nHands-on experience with chip bringup, tuning wireless transmitter or receiver chain for optimal performance./nIn-depth knowledge in communication theory, OFDM systems, RF system architecture and signal processing algorithms (such as timing recovery, signal estimation and detection, automatic gain control, RF impairment estimation and correction, coexistence)./nExperience designing algorithms for calibration, pre-equalization or digital pre-distortion techniques./nExperience with Python, Matlab, or C/C++ implementation./nHands-on experience using wireless test lab equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer, power meter). Masters or PhD degree in Electrical engineering. /nKnowledge of wireless communication protocols like IEEE 802.11 standards or LTE./nExperience with pre-silicon validation using emulation and FPGA prototyping tools and methodologies/nExcellent analytical and debug skills, with prior experience in failure analysis at various stages of a project./nExperience building test automation and verification flow development with scripting languages such as Python.
