Software Engineer 3 - Microsoft Power Platform - Austin, Texas Client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 - Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement enterprise software solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, along with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with business users, analyzing systems and workflows, and developing solutions that improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies Design and build PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven applications) Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process flows Work with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other databases for backend data storage Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making Configure and support Dynamics 365 applications Analyze system workflows, data usage, and business requirements Troubleshoot technical issues and investigate problem areas Design system specifications, standards, and programming solutions Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience working with SaaS and/or PaaS environments 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate 4+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience 2+ years of experience developing Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps Experience using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend storage Experience developing Power Automate flows, desktop flows, and business process flows Strong understanding of Dataverse tables and data structures Experience with Power Pages portals Knowledge of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center Familiarity with Articulate / Reach 360 Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform certification Experience developing and supporting Power Platform mobile applications Experience working in Agile development environments Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams Strong team collaboration skills
