Make an Impact As our Multifamily Capital Improvements Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of capital projects that enhance the value, longevity, and performance of our apartment communities. This role is hands-on, highly visible, and essential to supporting our operations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. What You'll Do Lead the RFP process, including scope development, bidding, and contractor selection for roof replacements, asphalt work, full paint and wood replacement, drainage, retaining wall repair and replacement, and other major capital work.
