Industry Non-Profit Organization Management Type Non Profit Employees 11-50 About the Role We are looking for an innovative Managing Director of Network and Partnership Strategy to play a critical role in enhancing our programs and services. In this leadership position, you will ensure our commitment to supporting conservation leaders is backed by strong systems, strategic partnerships, and measurable impact. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing strategies to engage conservation leaders effectively. Designing and refining tools for engagement and managing a network of technical assistance providers. Overseeing program strategy and operations, while providing leadership for our external communications. The ideal candidate has: A minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management, philanthropy, or capacity building. A strong background in building and maintaining multi-stakeholder networks. Exceptional operational leadership skills and the ability to translate sector needs into actionable programming. High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. A deep understanding of the challenges faced by conservation nonprofits and Tribes. Experience with grant-funded initiatives and a deep respect for the conservation community are essential. This is a grant-funded position that is time-bound, with potential for extension depending on future funding and organizational needs. The Managing Director will work in a remote, distributed environment with a high degree of autonomy and minimal travel requirements.
