Job Title: Business Analyst - Legal Operations / CLM Experience: 5-8 Years Role Type: Contract Location - Santa Clara, CA Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to support and enhance Legal Operations through technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the SDLC process, hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (such as Apttus, Ironclad, or Icertis), and the ability to manage projects independently-from requirements gathering through testing and implementation-with minimal guidance. This role serves as a key liaison between Legal/Legal Ops teams and IT or external technology vendors to drive process improvements and system optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies Hands-on experience with CLM tools (Apttus, Ironclad, Icertis, or similar) Experience writing BRDs, test cases, and executing UAT bility to manage projects independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
