Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and lead a variety of activities that cater to the interests and abilities of residents with memory care needs. Conduct regular assessments of residents to determine their preferences and adapt activities accordingly. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care and engagement. Document participation and progress of residents in activities, providing feedback to the care team. Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages residents to participate and socialize. Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with memory impairments or in a similar care setting. Preferred QualificationsCertification in therapeutic recreation or a related field. Experience in developing and implementing activity programs for seniors.
