Must have led end-to-end solution design and implementation, preferably with telecom clients. The ideal candidate will have experience migrating from Salesforce to D365 CRM CE and building complex integrations with Copilot/AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design/architecture of D365 CRM CE solutions Migration strategy from Salesforce to D365 AI/Copilot-driven enhancements Technical leadership throughout the SDLC Stakeholder collaboration & requirement gathering Preferred: Experience with both D365 CRM CE and Salesforce
