This is a highly confidential role. The Global Travel Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of the company's global travel program, ensuring seamless booking, policy compliance, and issue resolution. This person will act as the primary SME for travel, partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, and senior stakeholders to maintain continuity as the organization transitions resources and potentially platforms. On a daily basis, the role will manage operational travel bookings through thirdparty providers, oversee the corporate card program, and support or lead the transition from Concur to a future platform. The manager will run training sessions for employees, troubleshoot escalated travel issues in real time, and provide handson support without reliance on formal operating manuals, using policy knowledge and best practices to guide decisions. Regular inperson collaboration in the Miami office will be expected to support leadership meetings and ensure smooth execution. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Global Travel Manager or equivalent role • Managed travel programs for a large, global organization • Strong thirdparty travel management experience (currently using Frosch) • Handson experience with Concur (required) • Experience transitioning from one travel platform to another • Experience implementing or managing an online booking tool • Ability to hit the ground running • Comfortable running training sessions and being on hand for live issue resolution Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with Navan or similar nextgen booking platforms • Led endtoend global platform migrations • Background working within a procurementled travel model • Strong exposure to duty of care, traveler risk, and safety programs • Experience rebuilding or formalizing travel operating procedures Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
