Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Scrum Master Business Analysis Good presentation skills( Prepare decks) Roles & Responsibilities The Scrum Master / Business Analyst serves as a dual-function leader within an Agile Scrum team, responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies while also driving business analysis activities that ensure delivery of high-value, well-defined solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment to business goals, and adherence to Agile best practices. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Key Responsibilities Scrum Master Responsibilities • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Coach the Scrum team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement • Remove impediments and blockers that impact team progress and delivery • Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency • Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and delivery risks • Partner with Product Owner to support backlog readiness and sprint planning Business Analyst Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics • Support backlog refinement by ensuring stories are well-groomed and ready for development Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and the Scrum team • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively • Support change management by helping stakeholders understand impacts and trade-offs Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
