Automation Engineer (Terraform / Cloud Infrastructure)

Role : Automation Engineer (Terraform / Cloud Infrastructure) Duration : 6 Months Location : Dallas, TX We are looking for an Automation Engineer with strong Terraform Enterprise / HCP and Cloud Infrastructure experience to help design and automate scalable environments. Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and templates. Integrate Terraform workflows with servicenow and github. Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources. Manage cloud resource lifecycle, including tagging, cleanup, and optimization. Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in production and staging environments. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cost management policies. Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive measures. Analyze cloud usage and costs; recommend optimizations. Implement cost control strategies using automation and policies. Generate reports and dashboards for cloud spend visibility. Apply security best practices in infrastructure design and operations. Manage IAM roles, policies, and access controls. Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud-native services. Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
