Job Description Substation Project Execution Support delivery of high-voltage substation projects including upgrades, expansions, and greenfield builds Assist with projects involving 69kV+ transmission and substation infrastructure Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle Project Coordination Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking Maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, and progress reports Track scope changes, risks, and project deliverables Engineering & Construction Support Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and field personnel Support construction progress monitoring and field issue resolution Ensure projects meet utility standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations Client & Stakeholder Communication Provide project updates to senior leadership and clients Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation Support RFP responses and project planning activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Associate Project Manager - Transmission & Distribution should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3-5 years of experience supporting utility, transmission, or substation projects Experience working with EPC firms, utilities, or engineering consultancies Knowledge of transmission and distribution infrastructure Strong coordination and communication skills What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate between $75 and $85 USD.
