Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Events plays a critical role within iQor's Strategic Communications and Business Amplification function, leading the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events that strengthen executive visibility, corporate reputation, employee engagement, and industry presence. Reporting to the Director of Events, this role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of global corporate events, from strategy and calendaring through on-site execution and post-event evaluation. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented event leader and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Occasional travel is required. Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual corporate events, including executive meetings, leadership summits, town halls, industry conferences, analyst engagements, grand openings, and other strategic corporate initiatives. Partner with Strategic Communications and executive leadership to align event strategy with business objectives, messaging priorities, and brand positioning. Assist in the development of comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, task assignments, risk management frameworks, and execution roadmaps. Manage global event calendars and coordinate cross-functional alignment across internal stakeholders, including Communications, Creative, Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams. Source and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, production partners, and external service providers; manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. Oversee event logistics including travel coordination, venue management, production elements, technology requirements, security considerations, and accessibility standards. Direct on-site event management, ensuring seamless execution, executive support, and issue resolution in high-visibility environments. Collaborate with creative and multimedia teams to integrate branding, staging, content production, and experiential elements that elevate the attendee experience. Track event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure fiscal responsibility. Develop post-event reporting, feedback analysis, and performance insights to inform continuous improvement. Establish and maintain event playbooks, templates, and operational standards to support scalability and consistency across global programs. Skills Requirements: 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, strategic event planning, or global conference production. Proven experience managing executive-facing and high-visibility corporate events. Strong project management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing event budgets. Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional stakeholders preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure in live event environments. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. High level of professionalism, executive presence, and discretion. Willingness and ability to travel as required. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
