Your Responsibilities:Respiratory Care Management - Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions, including the administration of oxygen therapy, inhaled medications, and other treatments. Ventilator Management - Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators for patients requiring mechanical ventilation. Patient Education - Provide education and training to patients and their families about respiratory care, treatments, and techniques for managing respiratory conditions. Collaborate with Healthcare Team - Work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. Monitor and Record Data - Track patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team. Emergency Response - Respond promptly to any respiratory emergencies, including code situations. Qualifications:Current Respiratory Therapist License - Must be active and in good standing. BLS & ACLS Certification. Experience in Respiratory Care - Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong Clinical Skills & Critical Thinking - Ability to assess patient conditions and make appropriate decisions. Compassionate & Patient-Centered Approach. Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills.
