We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Maintenance Assistant at Ridgecrest Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. What You Bring to the Table:Essential Qualifications: Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and performs tasks required to complete duties assigned Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areas Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems Other duties as assigned RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate: High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experience Prior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferred Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership skills Knowledge of general building maintenance practices and procedures Ability to repair minor mechanical equipment Knowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
