Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Job Details Location: Powell, Tennessee (37849) - Near Knoxville Healthcare Setting: Hospital - Cardiac Cath Lab Assignment Type: Travel Contract Start Date: ASAP End Date: 4/20/2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 40 Shift: 10-hour day shifts (6:00am - 4:30pm) On-Call: One night per week and every third weekend Estimated Weekly Salary: $1810 - $1940 Scrub Color: Hospital-laundered Malibu Blue (white non-fleece jacket optional) EMR System: Cerner Cath Lab Technologist Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or Cardiac Cath Lab Tech CCI RCIS certification required BLS and ACLS certifications (may be obtained within 90 days of start) Proficient in scrubbing and assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures Availability to work July 4th weekend Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Experience with Cerner EMR preferred Key Responsibilities Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures in the cath lab Prepare and maintain cardiac cath lab environment and equipment Monitor patient status and provide clinical support throughout procedures Participate in on-call rotation (one night per week, every third weekend) Accurately document procedures and patient information in Cerner EMR Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards Apply now to join our healthcare team in Powell, Tennessee and take the next step in your cardiac cath lab career!
