Construct and perform audits, review and apprise on effectiveness of controls and audit results. Maintains a high level of integrity and overall knowledge on all aspects of program. Able to guide and train others in the program. This includes the training of all hospital and retail staff necessary on 340B and the systems involved to ensure adhesion to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) regulatory requirements of qualified patients, drugs, and locations. Ensures program meets all primary objectives such as compliance, maximal participation and efficiency of 340B related processes.Education And CredentialsResponsibilities:HS - High School Diploma or GED required. BS - Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required. In lieu of degree.ExperienceOther information:5 yrs experience in accounting, finance or pharmacy within the last 8 years required.
