Who You'll Work With The Adobe team drives strategic direction and solution enablement in support of Marketing Teams. We accelerate innovation and learning, advance sales and delivery excellence with high-caliber Marketing Technology solutions including Adobe technology expertise. Our focus is 4 go-to-market solution areas: Experience and Content Management with a focus on Content Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management; Personalized Insights and Engagement with a focus on Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and Journey Orchestration; Digital Commerce with a focus on Experience Led Commerce and Product Information Management; Marketing Operations and Workflow with a focus on resource management, reporting and approvals of the content and data required to run Personalization and Campaigns at Scale. What You'll Do Responsible for understanding business problems and architecting solutions on an enterprise product platform Interpret how to best apply the out of the box product to provide a solution; including finding alternative approaches that best leverage the platform Use Agile techniques and are a part of a larger, cross-functional team Architect and Implement the Adobe Platform to solve customer needs Learn new platform capabilities and clouds to stay on top of the ever-growing product ecosystem What You'll Bring Understanding of the declarative limits of the platform and knowledge of where and how code should be developed Have implemented intermediate-level user stories with little or no additional oversight according to the enterprise products best practices Experience developing and architecting applications, templates, and components for the AEM product, including exposure to AEM 6.x Development background and experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Proven AEM Architecture experience AEM certifications are a strong plus Occasional travel as needed by client About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley: Principal: $190,000-$232,000 Senior Principal: $222,000-$271,000 San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester: Principal: $174,000-$212,500 Senior Principal: $203,500-$248,500 All other locations: Principal: $159,500-$195,000 Senior Principal: $186,500-$228,000 In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
