Position Highlights Shift: Nights Only (7PM7AM) Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 Relocation Assistance: $8,000 bonus support What Youll Do Advocate for patients and families while maintaining strict confidentiality Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and care instructions Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage treatment independently Deliver high-acuity, high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement Collaborate closely with a supportive and skilled multidisciplinary team Requirements Active RN license in Alabamaa (or ability to obtain before starting) 1+ year of recent CVICU acute care RN experience BLS required ACLS required within 6 months of hire BSN preferred CCRN is a plus; must be obtained within 2 years Why Apply?
