Corporate Controller

An industry leading manufacturing company is hiring a Corporate Controller. We are looking for strength both from a Technical and Operational Accounting side, with heavy inventory and an interest in growing into C-Suite leadership. This job is in the Portland, OR metro market and will require relocation for those not already here. No remote or commuting will be considered. Full relocation package offered. Position: Corporate Controller Compensation: $ 270-380K base salary 50-70% annual bonus Other long term bonus 7% retirement Unlimited PTO days, 8 holidays; 2 floating holidays Generous and Comprehensive healthcare package' Health club reimbursement; donation matching, STD, LTD Have their own credit union Reports to: Top Finance Executives Why Open: Succession planning Team: Oversees all Corporate and Divisional Accounting Leadership Job includes: Oversee all Technical Accounting and correct accounting procedures and influence contract through review Oversee all Corporate Accounting Consolidations and Financial reporting to external entities and parent company Oversee all Corporate Accounting Liaise with VPs of Divisions on all financial results and allocations Learn and drive the business implications as seen through the financial lens, directing accounting policy to help improve the business We are requiring all of: CPA required, preferring someone who began their career in a Top10 firm Deep experience leading a large (global) manufacturing company having led diverse technical and operational accounting teams Coming from companies $2B or larger as Assistant Corporate Controller or at the Controller level Experience in companies with many locations including international operations and financial reporting Preference to someone with public company background SOX Controls knowledge Global financial reporting knowledge Please only apply if you fit the full criteria.
