Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Bilingual Production Lead - 2nd Shift Pay: $19.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00amLocation: Lebanon, IN Status: Direct Hire Pro Resources is seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Production Lead for a direct hire opportunity at a newly-launched manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This position plays a key leadership role on the production floor, ensuring lines run efficiently, quality standards are met, and team members stay on track throughout the shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily start-up of production lines Ensure operators and assemblers are producing in the correct order and quantity Monitor line performance and adjust workflow to meet production goals Spot-check product to ensure quality standards are met Verify team members are following established production processes Communicate equipment or material issues to the supervisor Support safety and housekeeping standards on the floor Assist other leads and support team productivity as needed Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing or production experience required Prior leadership or lead experience preferred Basic math and computer skills Experience operating production machinery Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift Team-oriented with strong communication skills Why Apply?
