About the role As a Senior Power Platform Developer at Falcon IT and Staffing Solutions, you will lead the technical development of enterprise applications that drive digital transformation for critical government systems. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer with a passion for coding, problem-solving, and collaboration within agile teams. You will have the opportunity to innovate using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies, delivering impactful solutions with a focus on automation and integration. This is a hybrid role, 2 days onsite / 3 days remote. Job Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and strategy for enterprise application development using Power Platform. Develop hands-on Power Platform solutions to automate and streamline business processes. Create Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate business value and functionality. Integrate Power Platform applications with other systems using Azure services and APIs. Assess business needs and recommend optimal technology stacks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams following agile and DevSecOps practices. Lead backend solution design including Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL databases. Ensure compliance with security and clearance requirements. Minimum TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph. At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform components including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages. Minimum of 8 years total IT experience. Proven expertise in integrating Power Platform with Azure services such as Data Factory, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Experience leading backend solution design involving Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases. Familiarity with Azure B2C or Login.gov integration. Experience working in Scrum teams using ticket management systems like Azure DevOps or Jira. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments.
