You'll collaborate with providers, manufacture programs, and internal teams to remove barriers to medication access.Based on-site, with the option to Work remotely 1-2 days per week (after the initial 6-month training period). period. This position focuses on reducing patients' Infusion and Clinic Administered Medication costs by identifying and obtaining support through manufacturer copay programs and charitable foundations.Our Infusion/CAM Medication Assistance Specialist responsibilities include: Support providers by navigating assistance processes for clinic-administered and infusion medications to ensure timely access to treatment. Identify and coordinate enrollment in assistance programs and serve as a key liaison among patients, providers, rev cycle and manufacturers. Process copay claims and collaborates with cash team to ensure funds applied accurately.
