Metro ENT, a privately-owned Audiology practice in Mesquite, TX is seeking an Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist to add to our team. We are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. The Hearing Care Provider will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, our provider will provide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss. CULTURE, ATTITUDE, and ATTRIBUTES are very important to us so the ideal candidate must be: People-oriented Independent Patient-centric with great listening skills An organized multi-tasker A forward-thinking leader An outstanding communicator possessing top-notch ability to influence and sell A self-starter who exudes positive energy Friendly & compassionate A great teammate The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role: Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information Adherence to company policies and procedures May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients Masters or Doctorate in Audiology Active TX state Dispensing license or eligible for licensure We offer a competitive salary and bonus (Six Figure Potential), paid time off including holidays, Healthcare Reimbursement, and IRA Plan.Candidatesmust be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
