Electrical Engineer - Direct Hire Location: Orange, Texas Salary: $130K + Benefits Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer seeking an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring plant equipment reliability, overseeing production process control systems, leading capital project installations, and driving maintenance standards that align with industry codes and best practices. What You'll Do Oversee and maintain the Site Automation Master Plan. Partner with plant maintenance and capital teams to ensure all electrical installations meet regulatory requirements, engineering specifications, and standards. Develop and enhance reliability and cost improvement plans for site maintenance. Review, update, and establish preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability. Conduct incident investigations, analyze equipment failures, and perform job observations to improve safety and reduce downtime. Support capital project implementation and ensure effective project management throughout execution. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 3+ years of engineering and leadership experience in a production facility. Strong project management, maintenance, and troubleshooting expertise. Proven skills in budget development, cost analysis, and inventory management. Proficiency in PC applications; knowledge of SAP preferred. Hands-on experience with day-to-day equipment maintenance. Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of plant operations, procurement, logistics, and materials management. Why Join Us?
