CGP: AP Specialist (backfill)

We are seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and will be responsible for processing invoices, entering bills, and working closely with our staff accountant. This role offers a comfortable and collaborative workspace, free snacks, and exciting new product launches. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $20 to $27 per hour. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals Enter bills into bill.com and NetSuite Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable Collaborate with the staff accountant to ensure accurate financial records Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files Participate in special projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Some background in accounting or finance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Perks: Modern and comfortable workspace Free snacks and beverages Exciting new product launches REF #48871 #LI-POST #ZR
