Business Analyst

Our client is looking to fill the role of Business Analyst. The Business Analyst (Compliance Analyst - Office of IT Hygiene) plays a critical role in ensuring IT Hygiene practices and standards are consistently followed across the enterprise. This position focuses on driving visibility into the adoption, maturity, and effectiveness of IT Hygiene initiatives through durable reporting, compliance assessments, and governance support. The ideal candidate will partner closely with IT and business leaders to evaluate adherence to policies, identify compliance gaps, and enable continuous improvement of IT governance and performance. Rate Range: $40/hr - $48/hr on W2Responsibilities: Develop and Operationalize Reporting: Design and implement sustainable reporting mechanisms that measure adoption, maturity, and value realization of IT Hygiene initiatives. Assess Compliance Performance: Collaborate with IT leaders and initiative owners to evaluate adherence to established Hygiene policies, standards, and KPIs. Identify Non-Compliance & Trends: Detect and document non-compliance, negative trends, or emerging risks, and communicate insights to leadership for corrective action. Deliver Regular Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly compliance and performance reports to provide transparency into progress, risks, and gaps. Analyze Performance Patterns: Investigate drivers behind strong or weak performance trends across teams or domains and provide actionable insights. Recommend Policy Improvements: Propose refinements to IT Hygiene policies and metrics to align with organizational objectives and long-term sustainability. Support Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with compliance, risk, and governance teams to ensure consistent interpretation and application of IT Hygiene standards.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline 6-10 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, analytics, or related roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) Experience supporting compliance, audit, or governance processes within large enterprise environmentsPreferred Skills: Experience in enterprise-level IT governance environments Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills Experience working in Contract-to-Hire (CTH) environments If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
