System Analyst and Data Integration

The Contractor will provide candidate(s) with Expert experience in: • Proven experience in systems analysis, preferably in government or housing-related projects. • Strong knowledge of data integration techniques, including ETL processes and API-based data exchange. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) . • Programming experience in C# (.NET Framework/.NET Core) for backend development and system integration. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and web services. • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is a plus. • Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps • Ability to create technical design documents and integration blueprint • Ability to model business processes and produce ER Diagrams • Ability to produce a traceability matrix, system integration plans, and gap analysis • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
