A leading national manufacturer is looking to identify an experienced Endpoint Technology Engineer to elevate enterprise endpoint performance, security, and user experience. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for modern device management, executive support, and continuous improvement across desktop and mobile infrastructure environments. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional who thrives in structured environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and takes ownership of endpoint strategy from design through delivery. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Endpoint Engineering: Design, deploy, and administer endpoint solutions for windows environments, device imaging, application packaging, patch management, and security configurations. Endpoint Strategy & Optimization: Contribute to hardware/software standards, roadmap development, lifecycle planning, and SLA management to improve performance, scalability, and security posture. Incident Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Lead escalations, conduct root cause analysis, strengthen documentation practices, and implement automation or scripting solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of endpoint/desktop engineering experience within enterprise-level environments. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune and PowerShell scripting, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, macOS, enterprise imaging, and application deployment methodologies. Working knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP networking, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and virtualization technologies. ITIL Foundation and/or technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, or Apple support credentials preferred.
