Senior RPA Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Title: UiPath RPA Senior Quality Assurance AnalystJob Overview: We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analyst with expertise in UiPath RPA to join our innovative team. As a UiPath RPA Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and reliability of our automation solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive testing strategies, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality UiPath RPA projects. Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Work closely with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and strategies for UiPath RPA projects. Develop, review, and update test cases based on project specifications. Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing to verify that UiPath automation workflows meet specified requirements. Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring their resolution in a timely manner. Regression and Integration Testing: Execute regression and integration tests to ensure the stability and compatibility of UiPath RPA solutions with existing systems and applications. Collaborate with developers to assess the impact of changes on existing functionalities. UiPath Automation Testing: Utilize UiPath testing tools to automate test cases and streamline the testing process. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UiPath workflows. Perform regular automated test executions and analyze results. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to assess the efficiency and scalability of UiPath RPA solutions. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. Generate reports on testing progress, coverage, and defect status for project stakeholders. Collaboration: Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on testing progress and quality metrics. Qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst with a focus on UiPath RPA projects. Familiarity with UiPath testing tools, including UiPath Test Suite. Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. UiPath certification(s) is a plus. Required Skills : 3+ years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst with a focus on UiPath RPA projects. Familiarity with UiPath testing tools, including UiPath Test Suite. Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
