Approval prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, at on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending State License accepted: No, SC license must be in hand prior to start RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility need. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Facility does not allow call outs.
