Job Description The Director of Hospitality Analytics will oversee a team, guiding both the technical direction and business impact. They will serve as a strategic partner to senior Hospitality leadership, ensuring that Caesars' revenue management and price optimization capabilities evolve into world class, data driven systems. ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to senior Hospitality and Revenue Management leaders, deeply understanding business objectives and identifying opportunities for revenue lift, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. Prioritize analytical and data science efforts based on strategic value and expected business impact, balancing new development with ongoing operational support. Ensure accuracy, speed, and clarity in all analytical deliverables, modeling, and reporting from the team. Translate model outputs and analytical insights into clear narratives that influence strategic decisions across Hospitality leadership. Lead the design, development, and enhancement of revenue management systems, pricing algorithms, forecasting models, and optimization engines. Oversee creation and deployment of predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical tools that drive pricing, inventory management, and customer strategy. Partner with Technology and Product teams to evolve analytics into scalable, resilient, and reliable enterprise products. Define and maintain the long-term analytics & data science strategy for Revenue Management. Guide the team in producing high-quality analyses, models, and insights related to customer behavior, demand forecasting, elasticity, competitive dynamics, and price optimization. Ensure analytic findings and recommendations are presented clearly and are actionable for senior management. Establish standards for modeling, experimentation, and data quality across Hospitality Analytics. Oversee the design and delivery of reporting that provides operational leaders visibility into performance drivers, demand trends, and pricing outcomes. Drive continuous improvements in reporting automation, data quality, and visualization. Champion the use of modern analytical technologies including SQL, Python, R, BigQuery/Cloud data platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and contemporary visualization tools. Drive adoption of new tools, automation opportunities, and process efficiencies across the analytics lifecycle. QualificationsMust be 21 years of age or older Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field. Demonstrated experience leading data science or advanced analytics teams with a track record of building or managing predictive models and optimization tools. Experience working with or supporting revenue management, pricing, forecasting, or yield optimization functions (hospitality or similar industry strongly preferred). Superior skills in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R. Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations for senior executives. Proven leadership capabilities including team development, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution. Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities. High standards of integrity, collaboration, and accountability. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, or related technical field (preferred) 7+ years of professional experience in analytics and/or data science, including revenue-related applications. Experience designing or deploying revenue management or price optimization systems. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Prior experience in gaming, hospitality, travel, or retail industries. Familiarity with A/B testing, uplift modeling, and statistical experimentation.
