job summary: A CSR Materials Administrator is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Lenexa, KS area. This role involves managing the end-to-end processing and documentation of incoming goods and repairs within a database system, focusing on resolving shipment discrepancies and maintaining strong customer communication to ensure logistical efficiency. location: Lenexa, Kansas job type: Contract salary: $18.57 - 19.09 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Process daily incoming goods and returns into the Repair Center database and ERP systems. Identify, log, and track items that cannot be inducted due to discrepancies in paperwork, part numbers, serial numbers, or repair orders. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers regarding product returns, repairs, and receiving issues. Maintain accurate delivery records for all received products. Manage Return Authorization Information (RAI) activity, including the logging of Air Waybills (AWBs) and tracking dates. Provide daily reports on key metrics such as units in house, units added, units cleared, and top customer data. Partner with customer service order administration to minimize units in /"grief/" status and expedite their clearance. Maintain control and identification of all units currently in the grief process. File or scan all related paperwork to process or close out repairs according to established company procedures. Ensure a safe and organized work environment by performing daily housekeeping of the designated work area. Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma or degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience working in a materials management or customer service role. strong computer skills with required experience in Excel and Outlook. Preferred experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams. High level of attention to detail and accuracy during data entry. strong aptitude for organization and professional communication.
