POSITION TITLE: Quality Analyst (QA) Architect/Strategist Responsibilities: This role will include both QA Strategist work as well as the lead for QA for a large software upgrade and migration. It will include working closely with the vendor for software and hardware (ticket vending machines for example) and software testing. Years of experience in Position Title 5 plus year of experience leading technology QA efforts SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Fluency with QA theories and concepts To apply to active software and hardware upgrade and migration project Communication skills to articulate complex QA processes For technical and non-technical audiences Experience developing QA strategies for enterprise organizations Work with vendor delivered QA plans and ensure METC requirements are met QA lead for large upgrade and migration project Directly engage with an active software upgrade and migration project H Working fluency with test automation concepts and implementations Metrics collection to ensure the quality goals are being met Experience in both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies ssist project team to navigate QA processes with the upgrade/migration project Experience working with hybrid on prem and cloud solutions SharePoint Experience using Office 365 tools: Teams, OneNote, ADO Work E nvironment Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements. Hybrid telework/office setting work environment.
