Sr. Personalization Scrum Master (PSM2) Location: Atlanta, GA 30377 (Onsite from Day 1 & Local Only) Full Time with Tech Mahindra Preferred (Max: $60) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personalization Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in the software development domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum methodologies, particularly in the telecommunications sector, and a proven track record of fostering high performing teams. This role requires a servant leader who can empower teams, facilitate creativity, and ensure the successful delivery of high value increments. Responsibilities: Guide Scrum teams in the application of Agile/Scrum practices as defined in the Scrum Guide. Lead, train, and coach the organization in Scrum adoption, collaborating with other Scrum Masters for process improvement. Assess the maturity of Scrum teams and provide tailored support and coaching to enhance their capabilities sustainably. Ensure all Scrum events are conducted effectively, facilitating as needed to maintain productivity and adherence to timeboxes. Promote continuous improvement and assist Scrum Teams in delivering increments that meet the Definition of Done. Support the Product Owner in defining Product Goals and managing the Product Backlog effectively. Encourage the Scrum Team to create clear and concise Product Backlog items. Remove impediments to team productivity, shielding them from non-essential external influences. Empower teams to foster creativity while ensuring quality and monitoring iteration progress towards successful completion. Build and maintain a trusting and safe environment for team members to raise issues without fear of blame or judgment. Apply Scrum and Evidence Based Management principles as outlined by scrum.org. Partner with the Product Owner to enhance their role in problem identification and prioritization, enabling the team to focus on solutions. Mandatory Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in personalization. Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and practices. Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields. Proven ability to coach and mentor teams towards higher maturity levels. Certification Required: PSM 1 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org. PSM 2 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Technical, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
