Part-Time Digital Photography Instructor

Job Title: Part-Time Digital Photography Instructor General Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Educational Development, you will plan and engage students in interactive and collaborative digital photography learning sessions that inspire creativity and enhance skills. Major Duties: Regularly collaborate with the Director of Educational Development to align on instructional strategies. Design and implement engaging learning sessions tailored to student needs. Guide students in mastering a variety of digital photography techniques and concepts. Maintain open and consistent communication with the Director of Educational Development. Exemplify positive academic and interpersonal behaviors. Perform additional duties as assigned to support student learning and program goals. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Capable of working effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and varying skill levels. Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Display responsibility, a strong desire to assist others, and the ability to remain flexible. Possess extensive knowledge and practical experience in digital photography. Create unit and lesson plans that meet content curriculum standards. Utilize data collection and analysis to inform and enhance future instruction. Ability to work independently, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Skilled at instructing students of various levels of experience in multiple photography programs tailored to their interests. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required, along with teaching and/or tutoring experience and significant expertise in digital photography.
