Job Description Join our team as a Supply Chain Account Management Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and service excellence. As the primary liaison for our divisions, you'll ensure their unique needs are met while collaborating with our Supply Chain leadership to support our overarching business goals. Your advocacy for the customer will be central to our operations, and your insights will help shape our supply chain strategies. Responsibilities Create and implement strategies to foster problem-solving and collaboration aimed at meeting customer needs. Advocate for customers in Supply Chain discussions and decision-making processes. Gain a comprehensive understanding of each division's priorities to reflect their needs in supply chain decisions. Attend meetings and visit stores to enhance visibility and understanding across the organization. Act as the communication bridge for division leaders regarding supply chain issues that require multi-department coordination. Set division-specific service expectations and actively monitor performance metrics to ensure their fulfillment. Address critical issues and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve complex challenges, maintaining feedback loops with division leadership. Escalate unresolved high-priority issues to the VP of Account Management. Propose innovative solutions to streamline processes based on customer feedback. Communicate and elevate divisions' concerns to Merchandising and Supply Chain teams. Identify long-term improvement opportunities to address ongoing issues, such as enhancing data visibility and refining service level agreements. Share best practices across regions in partnership with Supply Chain Strategy leaders. Be prepared to travel for stakeholder engagement across various locations. This role requires a commitment to perform all necessary functions effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree. 3+ years of customer account management experience. 5+ years in diverse roles within divisions, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Distribution, Planning, and Manufacturing. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to prioritize execution speed over perfection. Proficient problem solver with a focus on data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of feedback. Courage to challenge and inspire organizational changes for enhanced client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Embrace a data-driven approach, supporting a culture of evaluation and continuous learning. Desired Master's Degree.
