Position Summary: The Field Canvassing Team Supervisor will lead the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of Field Canvassers, aiming to elevate the Leaf Home brand in selected high-potential neighborhoods. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implement canvassing-based marketing initiatives to create sales leads for follow-up. Plan and manage an organized route calendar for the Field Canvassers, including evening and weekend schedules. Oversee multiple teams within designated territories to enhance customer lead generation. Recruit, train, and develop Field Canvassers, establishing accountability through defined marketing goals. Ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations regarding permits in the assigned territories. Collaborate with the Field Canvassing Manager and local Operations and Installation Managers to boost brand visibility in the market. Monitor and report on canvassing lead generation metrics to assess territory performance. Achieve and exceed sales lead quotas based on established KPIs. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing within the direct-to-consumer sector. Background in customer service and/or sales. Familiarity with lead generation, experiential marketing, and field canvassing. Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff. Knowledge of effective strategies for canvassing and direct-to-consumer marketing. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong multitasking skills to manage different work activities and stakeholder needs effectively. A proactive attitude with a determination to achieve results. Detail-oriented approach to work processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with various stakeholders. Strong analytical abilities to evaluate ideas and solve complex problems. Commitment to providing empathetic and timely service. Must be authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing. Knowledge or experience in home improvement. Travel Requirements: Local travel is a requirement. Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements: Additional hours may be necessary, as the position is exempt. Physical Requirements: The role involves performing work in a field office and outdoor environments. Tasks may require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
