We are looking for a hybrid Accounts Payable Accountant to work in a busy and growing Non-Profit Organization. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $26 to $33 per hour Job Description: Processing vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, rents & utilities in an accurate and timely manner to avoid late fees. Print checks and obtain signatures from authorized check signers. Maintains ledger for petty cash advances. Resolves billing issues, field calls from vendors, clients, and collection agencies. Reviews and reconciles monthly credit card bills for multiple accounts. Creates new vendor accounts with obtaining W-9 and other related forms. Maintains, monitors, and prepares year-end tax statements for 1099 contracts. Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Experience: 4 years of experience minimum working with AP, ideally in a non-profit grant funded environment Willing to train if candidate has hands on AP, or a Degree in Accounting but not extensive experience REF #46288 #LI-POST #ZR
