Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking an Onboarding Success Coordinator to join their team. As a Coordinator, you will be part of the HR Services department supporting new employee integration and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating inclusive and welcoming environments, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Onboarding Success Coordinator Location: Durham, NC Pay Range: $26.19 What's the Job? Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar HRIS) while partnering with HR and hiring managers to support successful employee integration. Facilitate engaging orientation sessions that introduce employees to company culture, policies, and key resources. Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting a positive onboarding experience. Ensure compliance with all onboarding documentation, including employment forms, benefits enrollment, and I-9 verification in accordance with USCIS guidelines.   What's Needed? 2+ years of experience in onboarding or recruitment, with a track record of supporting successful onboarding processes and employee retention. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4-5 years in HR, recruiting, or onboarding operations). Knowledge of onboarding best practices and HR policies/procedures with the ability to support compliant hiring processes. Proficiency with HR systems and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP HR modules, and SuccessFactors (or comparable HRIS/ATS platforms). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees, hiring managers and onboarding teams.
