About the Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead our dynamic team with enthusiasm, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed Taco Bell's high standards. Your leadership will motivate and guide your team towards success while collaborating with the management team to drive key business initiatives and influence the future direction of our restaurant. Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by implementing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and putting customer needs first. Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks while ensuring they maintain a clean and professional appearance. Guarantee food safety, quality, and accuracy in every order. Handle customer complaints promptly to maintain positive relations. Provide regular feedback to the General Manager regarding Team Member performance. Offer ongoing constructive and positive coaching to Team Members. Play an active role in training new Team Members. Approach conflicts constructively and collaborate with the General Manager for resolution. Assist the General Manager in screening potential Team Member candidates. Help manage Profit & Loss by following cash control, security protocols, maintaining inventory, and overseeing labor. Ensure that proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times are adhered to. Support the General Manager in facility maintenance and ensure that all health and safety standards are consistently followed. Are You a Fit? 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail setting, with at least 3 months in a supervisory role preferred. Familiar with cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Must be at least 18 years old. Access to reliable transportation. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions. Basic math skills are required.
