Atlanta, GA Order: 8305 Order Type : Direct Hire Senior Supply Chain Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Starting Salary: $100K and up based on experience, Monday-Friday 1st shift (on-call/available when issues or emergencies arise) Responsibilities The Senior Supply Chain Manager provides strategic, operational, and people leadership for hospital-wide supply distribution, inventory management, and point-of-use operations across Central Storeroom, Mobile Medical Equipment (MME), and clinical supply distribution functions. This role ensures high availability of critical medical supplies and equipment, optimizes inventory investment, and supports safe, high quality patient care delivery. Partners with executive leaders, clinical teams, and system supply chain counterparts to implement enterprise strategies and drive performance improvement. Uses ERP systems, inventory management tools, analytics, and LEAN methodologies to sustain a high reliability operating model. Builds leadership capability within the team and prepares for future system level responsibilities as organizational needs evolve. Leads supply chain service operations, develops procedures, monitors KPIs, strengthens supply continuity, manages vendor relationships, supports capital planning, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required • 2-4 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment required. • Experience with ERP and inventory management systems • LEAN, Six Sigma certification preferred • Strong data analysis skills and experience managing operational KPIs • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Essential Job Functions • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while reviewing data, systems, or reports. • Must be able to move about inside hospital facilities to observe operations, meet with clinical partners, and review supply chain processes. • Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with team members, clinical departments, suppliers, and leadership. Work Environment • Often works indoors across hospital sites and administrative offices. • Occasionally exposed to warehouse environments, supply rooms, or storage locations. • May encounter equipment such as carts, medical devices, or inventory handling tools. • Occasionally exposed to loud or distracting sounds.
