Your Role: As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will lead patient-centered care and coordinate critical functions within the unit during your shift. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitating admissions and discharges to enhance the patient care experience. Assessing the quality of care provided and collaborating with staff and management for improvements. Creating a teamwork-oriented environment that enhances patient outcomes. Engaging with patients to uphold a patient-first philosophy and address concerns proactively. Helping with staff development and training, along with scheduling and labor management. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing or an RN Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. Current RN license in your state of practice or an active compact license. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within first 30 days of employment.
