The Biometrics Data Analyst will conduct comprehensive biometrics-enabled identity analysis, utilizing a range of biometric systems and repositories, both internal and external, to perform identity resolution and adjudication analyses. This role demands expertise in analyzing and interpreting biometric reports, and effectively communicating the findings to designated stakeholders. Candidates will need to stay updated on biometric technologies, capabilities, and database systems. Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. BA degree with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree. Prior experience working with biometric systems. Strong background in conducting biometric analysis. Experience analyzing Intelligence Community (IC) data. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proven track record in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution. Familiarity with biometric analysis tools and databases. This position is located in McLean, VA. The anticipated pay range for this role is $59,150.00 - $106,925.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
