At NMC Health, we're proud to set an award-winning standard for healthcare in the Wichita Metro Area. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist PRN to join our Speech Therapy team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech rehabilitation services for outpatients, acute care, inpatient rehab unit (IRU), and home health patients. You'll play a key role in evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to support patients' recovery and communication goals. This position reports to the Speech Therapy Coordinator and works under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services. It is an hourly (non-exempt) position. Key responsibilities include: Evaluating patients and developing individualized speech therapy treatment plans Providing treatment services across a variety of care settings including outpatient, acute, IRU, and home health Documenting care in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental policies Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support overall patient progress and outcomes Ensuring care delivery aligns with Kansas state regulatory requirements QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Graduate of an approved school of Speech-Language Pathology Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience preferred Knowledge & Skills: Skilled in evaluating and performing treatment services in alignment with Kansas regulatory requirements Licensure, registration or certification: BLS Certification required Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred Join our Team!
