Job Description Hilltop Holdings is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join our team. The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, support and maintenance of the Company's Human Resource Information System (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes and upgrades, complex report writing and analysis of data flows for process improvement opportunities. ResponsibilitiesAssist with the configuration, maintenance and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues by working with product leads, IT support and system vendors. Utilize Oracle BI and OTBI to develop ad-hoc or scheduled comprehensive reports, perform analysis on HR data and identify trends to recognize areas for process improvement. Work with HR and technical teams to implement new and/or upgrade system functionality. This will include analysis, design, development, testing and post go-live troubleshooting and support. Provide first level support to the Human Resources team with troubleshooting and issue resolution. Testing application functionality prior to the release quarterly upgrades and customizations. Maintain procedures and business process documentation. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR Systems by performing regular audits and validations. Assist in other areas of human resources as needed. QualificationsMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to report to Hilltop Plaza four days a week; 6565 Hillcrest Avenue, Dallas, without the need for relocation assistance. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with human resources systems is required. Strong understanding of human resources processes, practices and metrics, and experience with managing system configurations to align with HR policies. Experience working with payroll, benefits and other sensitive data. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and implementing Redwood pages using VBS is preferred. Experience with Oracle OTBI, BI and SQL reporting preferred. Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office. Intermediate level Excel required. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner are required. Must possess strong problem solving, organizational skills, time management and the ability to multitask.
