We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. It must be IA licensed. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality resident care and meeting the rigorous standards set by the state of Iowa.Shift Flexibility:Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).Job Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.Foster a supportive and empathetic atmosphere for patients and their families. State-Specific Requirements (Iowa)To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals (DIA) and state-mandated criteria: Licensure: Must hold a current Iowa CNA Certification in good standing. (Verification will be conducted via the Iowa DIA registry ).Background Clearance: Must pass the IA SING Background Check , which includes:Criminal HistorySex Offender Registry checkChild Abuse Registry checkDependent Adult Abuse Registry checkMandatory Training: Completion of the Dependent Adult Abuse Training (IA Course DS 168) is required.Verification: Employment is contingent upon successful online verification of credentials.
